Marinated Flank Steak. A wonderful beef main dish. Serve with a horseradish cream sauce on the side. Also makes great leftover hot or cold sandwiches. Its a favorite here.
5-6 pound Flank Steak add into a re-sealable bag add 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, one tablespoon black pepper, one teaspoon garlic salt, one teaspoon onion powder, massage meat in the bag and place on a plate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Get the grill ready and cook to your desired doneness. Allow to rest (on a clean cutting surface) before slicing on the bias (against the grain) with a sharp knife.
For the cream horseradish sauce, 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, 1/4 cup sour cream, stir to mix and refrigerate until ready to serve.
