Zoodles n’ Bacon

Here’s another fun zucchini noodles (zoodle) dish using your spiralizer. 2 medium rinsed zucchini’s spiralized placed in a mixing bowl, 4 slices crispy cooked bacon cut into pieces, 1/4 cup sour cream, toss gently, cover and refrigerate one hour before serving. (Add any seasonings you love!).

Great lunch option!

Cherry~Sage~Butter Spread

This is so flavorful for so many food stuffs. 1 stick lightly salted butter softened, 3 tablespoons Cherry Preserves, 2 leaves of fresh sage super finely chopped. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir, stir, stir. Pack into an airtight container until ready to use and refrigerate.

We love this on waffles, pancakes, muffins! Yummy.

These flavored butters are so much fun to enjoy!

Be adventurous and give it a try -you may end up loving it!

I have even used this on Seafood, Chicken!

BBQ~Baby Back Ribs with Maple~Hoisin Sauce

As you know we BBQ year round here in sunny Florida. A favorite is Baby Back Ribs with lots of napkins LOL. I love to make a Maple-Hoisin Sauce to coat them with as they grill. In a saucepan add 1/4 scant cup Hoisin and 1 cup good Vermont Maple Syrup, 3 tablespoons of Pure Honey, stir on medium heat, add several dashes of Worcestershire sauce and allow to cook 5-7 minutes to well combine ingredients. Using a brush coat both sides and place onto grill, before flipping re-coat ribs well. We cook them on low and slow. They get very flavorful and tender!

I always make them on Memorial Day, the 4th if July (Hence the American flag in Photo) and on Labor Day. Many side dishes like Baked Beans, Cole Slaw or Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, all the picnic fare!

They are delicious (and messy) give them a try, you may enjoy them too!
