Chicken Nuggets with a Dijon Honey Dipping Sauce

Yum-we love homemade chicken nuggets with white meat chicken breasts 2 boneless/skinless cut in large chunks, saute in some butter for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool down. Add crushed almonds and panko on a plate and roll partially cooked chicken nuggets coat well. Add to a non stick baking sheet pan and place into a hot 400 F oven and bake 20 minutes.

For the Dipping sauce: 3 tablespoons honey, 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons yogurt, stir well and refrigerate until nuggets have baked.
