Makes a great appetizer! 2 pounds small ribs, fresh pineapple wedges, one 5 ounce can crushed pineapples in natural juices, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 cup Pure Honey. In a small saucepan add pineapples and juices, ginger and cinnamon, honey and mix well cook on low heat until combined and heated through. Pour mixture through a mesh sieve and discard pineapple flesh. Coat each rib with the glaze and place on the grill, continue to grill and baste with the glaze, grill 15 minutes.
Serve with fresh pineapple wedges!
