Sirloin Burger with Baked Onion Straws

Scrumptious grilled burger using sirloin ground Beef. One onion sliced thin, coat in flour (drizzle with Olive Oil, S & P, to taste) and pop into the oven until golden and crispy. Use your favorite Hamburger Roll any condiments you love (cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, etc.). Makes a great lunch or weekend meal.

I usually serve this with potato salad or cole slaw. Use whatever sides you enjoy!
