Burger Meat and Cheese Buns

These are a favorite on weekends. One dozen buns (of your choice) I use a yeast roll from my local bakery. One pound Ground Beef, garlic clove minced, one teaspoon onion powder, pinch of black pepper. Saute ground beef breaking it up as it cooks, drain excess grease and set aside. Carefully cut open a slit in the bun spoon in some cheese (your favorite) and hamburger meat and that’s all there is to these.

Simple and flavorful! They freeze nicely too!
