Zoodles such a fun, delicious, easy dish. We love this both sweet and savory. Today, I am sharing my newest sweet rendition. I hope you’ll enjoy!
2 medium zucchini-made into zoodles (with your spiralizer) add into a bowl and microwave 3 minutes on high (zucchini has a high water content), drain well. Add to a baking dish or serving dish, add 1/2 cup pure Apple juice, one teaspoon cinnamon, one apple peeled, sliced, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. Stir well and cover, refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving in bowls. Add whipped cream if desired.
