This is such a flavorful, easy, fun casserole to make. We just love it. 16 ounces cheese filled tortellini (refrigerated), 1 cup cubed cooked chicken,1/4 cup frozen peas, 1/2 cup light cream, 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs.
Spray a baking dish with your favorite cooking spray. In a saucepan add light cream on low heat, slowly add in parmesan cheese and whisk to combine, once incorporated and creamy remove from heat source and add into bottom of baking dish. Add cheese filled tortellini, peas, and stir gently to mix, add black pepper, add bread crumbs to the top.
Place in a hot 375 F oven and bake 18 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
