A delicious mid day smoothie. One apple (of your choice) peeled, cored, cut into quarters, 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries. Add apple quarters into your blender pulse several times, add yogurt and mixed berries and run blender one minute to well combine. Transfer to a tall glass, sip and enjoy! I love this one.
