Mixed Berry Cobbler Bake

Mixed Berry Cobbler Bake is an easy, flavorful dessert. Using fresh or frozen 1-1/4 cups raspberries, 1/2 cup blackberries, 1/2 lemon (juice only), 1/4 cup granulated sugar add into a bowl and stir gently-set aside. 1-1/4 cup Self Rising Flour, one beaten egg, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter add ingredients into a bowl and hand stir to combine.

Using an 8″ x 8″ non stick baking dish empty berries into the bottom of baking dish, add batter on top. Place in a 400 F pre heat oven and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Optional serving suggestions: Whipped cream or Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
