The Veggie Dip

Great cold dip year round. 12 ounce softened cream cheese, 1/4 green bell pepper (remove seeds, chopped finely), one Jalapeno pepper (Remove stem and seeds) diced finely, one carrot peeled, grated, one celery stalk grated finely, salt and black pepper to taste, garnish with sprig if chives.

Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and with a sturdy spatula mix well to combine. Refrigerate one hour before serving with cut veggies (cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, carrot sticks, grape tomatoes, cucumber slices) or chips.
