Fun and easy prep for this dessert. Using frozen peaches (off season work nicely) one 16 ounce bag of frozen sliced peaches, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, one teaspoon cinnamon, a few pinches of nutmeg, 2 tablespoons Pure Honey, one sleeve graham cracker (crumbed), 2 tablespoons melted sweet cream butter. Set oven to 350 F.
In a greased or non stick baking pan (8″x 8″) will work add frozen peaches, in a bowl add brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and stir to mix, sprinkle over peaches evenly. In that same bowl then add crumbled graham crackers and melted butter and stir to mix with a fork, sprinkle this across the top evenly. Place in the oven and bake 15 minutes.
It’ll smell wonderful baking. Serve with frozen yogurt, ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
