Baked~Coated Potato Wedges

Great Baked option to French Fries! 2 Russet potatoes rinsed and cut into 1/4″ wedges, 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 cup crushed almonds. In a shallow bowl add melted butter and coat potato wedges well, on a plate have the crushed almonds add all spices and stir with a fork to mix,ย ready to coat each potato wedge with the mixture.

Place on a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan and put into a hot 400 F oven. Baked for 15 minutes cover with foil, remove foil and reduce oven temp to 300 F and bake 4 more minutes.

Serve with a side of ketchup!
