Honey & Dill~Baked Salmon Fillets

I love Salmon and have so many different ways to prepare it, this one is a favorite!WIN_20160302_17_28_58_Pro (2)

In a bowl I add 3 tablespoons Pure honey, 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh dill (chopped finely), 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, stir to mix well. Using a brush (I always buy Salmon from the Fresh Seafood Market-with skin) coat the Salmon Fillets and place in a shallow baking dish (skin side down). Add 1/4 (scant) cup water and one fresh lemon zest and juice to the bottom of the baking dish. After each Salmon Fillet is seasoned and in the baking dish cover loosely with foil and place into the hot oven at 400 F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven allow to rest a few minutes before serving.

I make so many different side dishes, choose whatever you like and enjoy this delicious flavored wonderful Baked Salmon.

I think my next favorite is Orange-Glazed Grilled Salmon!

Hope you enjoy!
