Roasted~Seasoned Potato Wedges~wrapped in Bacon

Great side dish or appetizer. 12 ounces of Bacon cut in half, 3 Russet Potatoes peeled, cut into wedges, salt and black pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon onion powder, one teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. Add all seasoning into a small ramekin and mix well. Cut wedges and place on a large rimmed baking sheet pan and sprinkle seasonings over them, using clean hands toss gently to evenly coat wedges. Wrap each wedge with a half slice of bacon and place back on baking sheet pan in a single layer.

Place into a 425 F hot oven and bake 20 minutes. Remove bacon potato wedges to paper towels to absorb excess grease. Plate and serve.

We love these with a homemade Ranch dressing for dipping. Goes with any main dish.

Enjoy!
