Great snack with popping good flavors. One 8 ounce package whole walnuts (de-shelled), 1-1/2 springs fresh rosemary chopped finely, 1/4 scant cup really good Vermont Maple Syrup. Add all three ingredients into a bowl and toss well. Transfer to a non-stick baking sheet pan in a single layer its ok if they touch to form small clusters.
Place into a 425 F hot oven and bake 8-10 minutes. Allow to completely cool down. Store in an airtight container until ready to snack on.
