Using your spiralizer (first peel if your spiralizer does not do it for you as mine will) 3 apples (of your choice) add apple noodles/zoodles into a large mixing bowl. One teaspoon cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, one cup pure apple juice, 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, 4 individual graham crackers crumbles, 2 tablespoons melted butter.
In a non stick baking dish (I use a 9″ x 12″ x 3″) add apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, stir with a spatula, apple zoodles/noodles, stir gently. In a small bowl add light brown sugar, graham cracker crumbles, melted butter using a fork mix together and sprinkle over the entire dish. Cover with aluminum foil and place into a 350 F hot oven and bake 10 minutes, remove foil and continue baking 5-6 minutes longer. Remove from oven and carefully serve. Add whipped cream topping or frozen vanilla yogurt, vanilla bean ice cream and enjoy! We even added warmed caramel drizzle over the top of vanilla bean ice cream-Yumified!
