Apricot~Honey~Basil Spread

This is such a flavorful spread we love it on corn bread muffins! One stick sweet cream butter (softened), 3 tablespoons Apricot Jam, one tablespoon Honey, 2 leaves of fresh basil chopped super finely. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and using a sturdy spatula mix well to a creamy consistency.

Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Great for toast, muffins, most baked goods.
