Fun dessert my family loves-easy, flavorful-gooey all those things and more…2 Large Flour tortillas, 4 tablespoons (divided) creamy peanut butter, 4 tablespoons (divided) your favorite jelly or jam (I use strawberry jam in these), 2 tablespoons butter.
Lay each flour tortilla flat on a clean work surface, spread peanut butter evenly across the top, repeat with the other tortilla with your choice of jam or jelly, flip the jam/jelly tortilla on top of the peanut butter one. Add butter to a grill/griddle pan (Or frying pan) once melted add filled tortilla and brown on each side. Remove to a cutting board and cut into triangles.
Dust with optional confectioners sugar, serve and enjoy! Watch these disappear quickly!
