Put some of this on your multi-grain toast in the morning, on pancakes, or waffles. It is so good!
You’ll need 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 3 tablespoons pour Honey, 1/2 cup crushed (unsalted) cashews, 1/4 stick lightly salted butter softened. You can combine this in a large bowl using a sturdy spatula as you add ingredients. You will be stirring to well combine each ingredient.
After fully incorporated pack spread in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. This is always in my refrigerator. I make many flavored butters and spreads. We love choices in this household!
Give it a try you may just love it too!

Hi Cheryl,
I’ve been watching your recipes sometime now and i must say.. I feel like living in another world! So many different tastes, combinations and flavors.. Greek cuisine is so much different, you know that! This recipe is not to weird for our tastes, even though peanut butter is not that popular in Greece. I tried your recipe and it was really delicious. I used crunchy peanut butter so the result was extra extra crunchy! I am wondering if with roasted hazelnuts will be as tasty.. I will try it! Right now I’ve got an eye for your Raspberry – Curry Chili! I’ll let you know!

Ti Kaneis Koukla Mou? America has so many varieties Maria it can be over-whelming to you I am sure! I love creating, tweaking for my large family on a daily basis. We are fortunate to have the best of both worlds. My children love certain Greek Foods I make, that were my yiayia’s recipes from Crete (which is Old School and different from Mainland Greece). I grew up on them each Sunday when we visited Papou and yiayia and I loved every minute! By the way did Eugenia http://www.eatyourselfgreek.com (From Athens) ever contact your blog? I asked her to introduce herself to you! Lovely gal. Another one in Athens is Athina http://www.kickingupthepebbles.com/lovely gal too. Yes, I am glad you tried crunchy peanut butter that works as well as creamy that is very popular in USA. Hazelnuts would work wonderfully, even could add a bit of chocolate (Melted)-Yes?! Always great to hear from you! Keep in touch. Cheryl x

My husband would just love this! He’s a big fan of both peanut butter and honey. I should make some for him! Daughter would probably dig it too. 🙂
