Great appetizer or lunch option! 8 ounce weight large Shrimp (deveined, shells and tail off) place shrimp in a large mixing bowl, add one teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt and mix well. Using several small round flour tortillas toast evenly in saute buttered pan.
I grill the shrimp 2-3 minutes (per side) and place several grilled shrimp on top of toasted tortilla, add any toppings you like. I usually make a salsa (mild flavored), Pico de Gallo, Sour cream, green diced onions, grated cheese blend, lemon wedges, anything will go with these. Even a raspberry chili sauce I make!!!
