Mixed Fresh Fruit~Mid Day Bowl

Loving fruits and vegetables as we do I will often make this mid morning for myself! Easy and so flavorful. 1 cup Plain Yogurt, handful of fresh raspberries (rinsed), handful of fresh blueberries (rinsed), one kiwi sliced, add ingredients into a bowl, add a handful of homemade granola on top. I usually chill for 30 minutes or so.

It is so good, nutritious and easy to prepare! Hope you get on the fruit and veggies wagon with me!
