Chocolate & Vanilla~Bread Pudding

Great dessert anytime of the day! Easy preparation and flavorful. 20 ounce loaf of bread cubed, (I but a sweet bread from a local bakery), one 3.5 ounce chocolate instant pudding, one 3.5 ounce vanilla instant pudding, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans. Cube bread and separate on a clean work surface in two piles.

Using two medium size mixing bowls prepare per box instructions each pudding, add in cubed bread divided evenly in the chocolate & vanilla puddings, stir well to coat each bowl. Using a prepared greased 9x12x3 baking dish add the first bowl of vanilla pudding bread cubes, smooth out with a spatula, add the second bowl of chocolate coated bread cubes on top and also spread out evenly. Add chopped nuts evenly across the top and place into a 350 F oven bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

Serve with a scoop or two of vanilla or chocolate frozen yogurt, or your favorite ice cream or whipped cream topping. We love it served warm!
