Maple~Mustard Glazed Baked Chicken Thighs

Makes a great weeknight supper! 8 Chicken thighs, 1/4 cup Good Maple Syrup, 3 tablespoons grainy mustard, one teaspoon sea salt, one tablespoons black pepper, one teaspoon onion powder, one teaspoon garlic powder. One and a half cups low sodium chicken broth.

In a large bowl add chicken thighs, maple syrup, mustard and stir well to coat, add sea salt through garlic powder and stir again. In an 9 x 12 x 3 baking dish add chicken broth and mixing bowl of coated chicken thighs and spread them out in a single layer, cover with aluminum foil and place in a 375 F hot oven on the middle rack. Baked undisturbed 45 minutes.

We love these with baked potatoes and succotash side dishes! Serve with whatever sides you enjoy.

Note: You can use any chicken part, breasts, leg quarters, drumsticks, wings.
