Baked Clam Dip

You do not need a special occasion to serve this warm dip-Delicious with pita chips, garlic chips, crackers! Yumified!

You’ll need 2 tablespoons sweet cream butter softened, one 5.5 ounce canned clams in natural juices, one lemon for zest and juice, one teaspoon tarragon, one jalapeno pepper (remove seeds) diced finely, one shallot (diced finely), one teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning, one teaspoon black pepper, one tablespoon parsley flakes, 1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs or Panko.

Simply add all ingredients (except bread crumbs or Panko) in a saute pan and saute 3-4 minutes. (the consistency will tighten after you add bread crumbs or panko). Add Bread crumbs or Panko and stir to combine.  Spray an oval or round baking dish with your favorite cooking spray and transfer ingredients into baking dish. Pre heat oven 375 F and bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serve with your favorite chips or crackers. (Serve hot out of the oven).
