We love all veggies in this household! Fresh cauliflower is so delicious and can be prepared so many ways. I love this as a side dish! One small head fresh cauliflower remove core and rinse well. You will be using the florets in small pieces (I use clean hands and break apart). In a saute pan add 2 tablespoons of Olive oil on medium heat, add two shallots chopped finely, you can add a roasted red pepper diced, salt and black pepper to taste, a dash or two of hot sauce (I use Frank’s-you can use any) add cauliflower florets and cook 6-7 minutes stirring during cooking time. Feel free to add a clove or two of finely chopped garlic!
