Fall back -Pumpkin Yogurt Smoothie!

I loveeeee smoothies and have so many recipes/versions posted on TK! This is one I created a few years ago that remains a favorite today. Easy and scrumptious! Do you like smoothies?

Only 4 ingredients:

1 cup Plain Yogurt, 1-1/4 teaspoons pumpkin spice mix, 1/4 cup whole milk, dash of nutmeg. Add ingredients into a blender and run one minute to well combine.

Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy the smells and tastes of Fall.

  1. Cuz, I couldn’t get thru the day without a smoothie. And this time of year I can’t get enough pumpkin flavored things to eat, drink or just inhale. My Mom once reminded me they used to feed the pumpkins to the hogs to fatten them up. I just smiled and ate a second slice of pie. Just don’t ask me to carve one for a jack o’ lantern. I would carve a finger off. Hopefully only one.
